How It Works
NovexERP generates audio briefings on a configurable cron schedule â set it once and your summary arrives fresh every morning before you start your day. The system aggregates order summaries including due, overdue, and status breakdowns, inventory alerts for low stock and expiring items, current production status, and dashboard KPIs into a human-readable script tailored to your operation.
The script is converted to audio using OpenAI's TTS model with your choice of ten voices: alloy, ash, ballad, coral, echo, fable, nova, onyx, sage, and shimmer. Each voice has a distinct tone and cadence, so you can pick the one that best matches your company culture or personal preference. Preview voices before committing to one, and switch at any time without regenerating historical briefings.
Audio is cached until the next production window with configurable stale detection, so playback is instant even if you listen hours after generation. If you need a fresh briefing mid-day â after a major order lands or a production issue surfaces â regenerate on demand with the regenerate parameter. The new briefing pulls the latest data and replaces the cached version immediately, ensuring you always have the most current operational picture available.
