Teams feeling the drag of fragmented operations
Ideal for food manufacturers juggling spreadsheets, legacy processes, or disconnected software across inventory, production, compliance, and shipping.
For food manufacturers ready to move beyond spreadsheets, patchwork tools, and generic ERP workarounds into a system built for traceability, production, and compliance.
Small group onboarding with direct access during setup and rollout.
Discovery, configuration, training, and measured go-live milestones.
Teams with inventory, lot tracking, compliance, or production visibility challenges.
Replace manual processes and validate core workflows in a live environment.
The pilot is for operators who want more than a walkthrough. It is a practical way to stand up the workflows that matter first, see the platform in a real operating context, and help shape the next stage of rollout.
Ideal for food manufacturers juggling spreadsheets, legacy processes, or disconnected software across inventory, production, compliance, and shipping.
Hands-on onboarding, process mapping, workflow review, and a concrete plan for which modules to stand up first.
You get early, hands-on access to NovexERP in a structured rollout and a direct line for feedback while the implementation is taking shape.
We review your current systems, bottlenecks, and the workflows that need to be proven first.
We align the pilot around priority modules such as inventory, traceability, production, compliance, or reporting.
Your team gets a defined rollout path, training context, and a working environment built around the agreed use cases.
We capture what works, close gaps, and determine whether to expand into a broader deployment plan.
Pricing is structured around how much of the platform your operation actually needs. Subscriptions are billed annually by default, and the pilot fee covers onboarding, configuration, workflow mapping, and rollout work that is not included in the ongoing subscription.
For food manufacturers that need traceable production, inventory control, and order flow in one system.
The default fit for teams that also need compliance workflows, purchasing, and controlled operational processes.
For operators who want planning, analytics, AI, and automation on top of the operational ERP foundation.
This is not just software access. The pilot fee covers onboarding, implementation help, workflow mapping, configuration, training, and rollout planning during the pilot period.
The discounted annual subscription starts on day 61 from kickoff unless you opt out before the end of the pilot. If you continue, the pilot converts into the tier you selected during onboarding and the first subscription year is invoiced at the discounted rate.
The subscription includes best-effort, asynchronous support, product updates, and a direct line for implementation questions as your team gets established in the system. Monthly billing may be available by exception at a higher rate.
Tell us about your operation, the tier that feels closest, and what you want to improve first. If it looks like a strong fit, we will follow up with next steps for the cohort.
Best for food manufacturing teams ready to get real workflows into the system and help shape what comes next.
