The modules that make everything else run.
Extended modules for AI-powered forecasting, process quality control, EDI workflows, scheduled job management, and day-to-day operational tools.
Beyond Core ERP
Extended capabilities that support AI-driven decision making, quality control, EDI compliance, automation, and day-to-day operations management.
AI Forecasting runs five parallel analysis workers covering demand trends, procurement timing, production scheduling, risk assessment, and actionable insights. Each worker processes a comprehensive data set that includes order volume, customer frequency, inventory position, BOM requirements, open orders, expiring inventory, PO history, COGS trends, and supplier lead times. All data is processed by a reasoning model with results persisted for historical review, allowing you to compare past projections with actual outcomes over time.
Process Monitoring lets you define custom parameters â numeric, boolean, or text â and log time-series readings against them. Configure deviation thresholds that trigger alerts when readings fall outside acceptable ranges, with each alert requiring acknowledgment before it clears. This is essential for food manufacturing environments where temperature, humidity, pH, and other process variables must stay within strict limits to maintain product safety and quality.
SPS Commerce integration uses OAuth2 authentication to poll for inbound EDI 850 purchase orders and 860 change orders, and to send outbound EDI 810 invoices. The event processing uses the same claim-lock worker pattern as Shopify for reliable processing â events are claimed by a worker, processed, and marked complete, with automatic retry on failure.
The Scheduler manages cron jobs with standard 5-field expressions, configurable timeouts, max retries, and execution history tracking. Every job run is logged with start time, end time, output, and success or failure status. User management provides role-based panel access, controlling which modules and operations each user can reach. Diagnostics offers operational health visibility into system components. How It Works
Configure scheduled jobs â like Shopify event processing or SPS Commerce polling â with cron expressions and retry settings. The scheduler handles execution timing, timeout enforcement, and failure recovery automatically, so background processes run reliably without manual monitoring.
Run AI forecasting to generate demand projections, procurement recommendations, and risk assessments. Results arrive progressively as each of the five analysis sections completes, so you can start reviewing demand trends while production scheduling and risk assessment are still processing. Review forecast history to compare past projections with actual outcomes and calibrate your planning.
Set up process monitoring parameters for production-critical metrics like temperature, pressure, or pH levels. Define acceptable ranges and deviation thresholds for each parameter. Log readings against parameters and receive alerts when values deviate beyond configured thresholds, ensuring that quality issues are caught and addressed before they affect product safety.
