AI Forecasting runs five parallel analysis workers covering demand trends, procurement timing, production scheduling, risk assessment, and actionable insights. Each worker processes a comprehensive data set that includes order volume, customer frequency, inventory position, BOM requirements, open orders, expiring inventory, PO history, COGS trends, and supplier lead times. All data is processed by a reasoning model with results persisted for historical review, allowing you to compare past projections with actual outcomes over time.

Process Monitoring lets you define custom parameters — numeric, boolean, or text — and log time-series readings against them. Configure deviation thresholds that trigger alerts when readings fall outside acceptable ranges, with each alert requiring acknowledgment before it clears.
